MrSteam's MX Water Level Probe is for MX4, MX5 and MX6 generators only.
 
- Accurately reads water level in tank to keep a fluffy steam
- Made from Stainless steel construction
- 13/16" socket to remove probe
- Your probe may not look exactly like this one, as MrSteam has upgraded their probe recently. This will work with any year model stated above.
 
Tips and Tricks:
 You will need a 5/16" nut driver to remove the purple wire
 To remove the probe, you will need a 1/2" socket and ratchet
 Once removed, replace old probe with newly purchased probe, making sure you use teflon tape on the threads! (DO NOT USE PIPE DOPE)
 Tighten down probe
 Make sure both 5/16 nuts are snug on top of the ceramic piece of the probe. If not you will need to remove the top nut and very lightly snug up the bottom nut.
 Once bottom nut is snug, install purple wire and top nut. Lightly snug nut on top of wire.
